Based on the results of that analysis and after assessing the risk profiles, we assist clients in drafting, integrating and reviewing privacy documentation (with periodically scheduled audits) needed to comply with the applicable law, with particular reference to the drafting of privacy notices under art. 13 GDPR, data processing agreements, joint controller arrangements, appointments of external data processors, as well as any DPO appointments and authorisation deeds under art. 29 GDPR. Leading Law supports the client in developing an organisational model with specific data processing procedures, in line with the principles of privacy by design and by default.
